Deconstruction Project. Looking at deconstructing identity by using a slow shutter to produce a blurred effect. Inspired by a photograph taken by Josef Koudelka where the subject is out of focus and I liked how this deconstructed the viewers sight of the subjects identity.
Deconstruct Reconstruct Project. Inspired by David Hockney's Photomontages.
Looking at destructing an image by taking many images from different angles to then reconstruct an image by piecing them together.

Landscape Project. Looking at Structures within the landscape. The top image was inspired by Iain Hutcinson who captured a lost and found garden chair in a rural landscape.
Queens Road Project - portraying the way we see Queens Road (a road that has deteriated throughout the years.). Taken with a film camera and developed in dirty chemicals to represent how grimey the street is.
Berlin Trip/ Project. Individual project where we had to portray the way we saw Berlin by taking a series of images and creating a journal. I enjoyed this as everybody had a different experience.
Painting Project. We had to paint three canvases which included a historic image, an object and a landscape.
I chose to paint the apple as the colours of the skin made the apple look so crisp and mouth watering. My historic image was chosen as I felt as though i have a strong bond to Anne Frank due to my jewish roots.
My college group is involved in a Popup Gallery in Watford called Space2 that is open to the public. We are currently exhibiting a selection of our work in the gallery and these paintings have been selected to be hung in the sapce. This has helped me to get a chance to see how an exhibition is put together as well as being able to talk to the public about my work.
Painting Project experimentation. Linked to my historic painting - overlapping images to create a unique and interesting image.
